Lydia and Chris are ex Facebook, Slack, Brex, and Salesforce employees with 15 years of combined experience interviewing and partnering with recruiting teams at various company sizes in order to hire top talent. ModernLoop aims to be the recruiting infrastructure that powers recruiting operations at every company. We're a fully-remote team and we're looking to bring on a Customer Success Manager!
What you will be doing
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers succeed, incorporating ModernLoop into their daily lives, and becoming super fans.
- Partner with customers' recruiting teams to uncover business pain points and strategically map ModernLoop's value
- Drive engagement and adoption, and foster passionate customers
- Establish a trusted relationship with each client and drive continuous value of our features and products
- Cross-collaborate with sales, product, and engineers to proactively identify and lead team process improvements
- Analyze data and drive insights to present to customers during renewals
- Provide ongoing customer support
- 2+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in CSM role managing 30+ accounts
- Proven track record of ability to onboard, support, and excite customers to deliver high customer satisfaction and advocacy
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-awareness, a positive attitude, a sense of humor, and empathy
- Previous B2B SaaS experience
- Selling to recruiters
- Experience with building sales playbooks
