ModernLoop aims to be the recruiting infrastructure that powers recruiting operations at every company.

About the Role:

  • You'll collaborate with the founding team to determine and prioritize business strategies and hiring priorities
  • You'll be a critical partner to the CEO and help her manage her day-to-day and focus her time on the right priorities
  • You'll provide teams with recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork
  • You'll also occasionally act as project/program manager and help the teams run meeting in an efficent and focused manner
  • You'll help establish key performance indicators and how to measure team performance

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or in a similar field
  • A proven track record in a operations role
  • An incredible sense of organization and time-management capabilities
  • To be extremely versatile and dedicated to efficient productivity


  • Experience demonstrating value of tech, software, or SaaS products
